The Embodied Soul is a single 90 minute session—an evolutionary astrology read followed by a guided embodied, ceremonial journey. This is somatic, tantric, and ceremonial work, held in a trauma-informed space. This session is a sacred space—a place for you to be seen, to feel, to express. Here, we are letting your story and your essence awaken and come alive within you.

Astrology is the language of Life and Nature. We watch what happens in the sky and observe what's happening down here, within ourselves, our lives, our realities. Astrology provides a map and blueprint to help you understand life, yourself, and your relationships. Evolutionary astrology specifically looks to your soul's evolutionary desires—what's driving you and your experiences. What your soul came here to learn and grow into.

I am not telling you who you are in this reading—you are so much more than your chart. Your chart shows you what you're already living. You're recognizing the patterns and themes of this lifetime so you can work with them consciously.

The body is how the soul chose to know itself in form. What doesn't land in the body remains philosophy. We are not here to transcend the body. We are here to embrace the human experience, to awaken gnosis within ourselves.

The second part of the session is a guided embodied, somatic, meditative journey, unique to you, so that what we discuss doesn't just stay in your mind. It lands. You feel it. You live from it.

This is about awakening your body's intelligence and learning to trust it. It's sharpening your instinct, your intuition, your ability to be fully present, tracking sensations in real time. Expressing what's alive in you, more and more and more, until it's just how you live. It's the capacity to be fully here. Leading from soul, embracing your humanity.

The work extends beyond this session. You'll become more conscious, more aware in your daily life. This work is to awaken your gifts, your radiance. And there is no part of your life this work does not touch. It is deeply transformative.
